Ad inizio estate abbiamo deciso di acquistare una zanzariera nuova, il proprietario ci ha mostrato le diverse opzioni ed abbiamo optato per la più costosa, ritenendola, erroneamente, la più affidabile. Durante l'installazione il tecnico ci ha informati sulla possibilità di regolare la tensione della molla direttamente da una vite. Dopo pochi mesi la zanzariera ha iniziato a dare problemi nell'apertura. Ci siamo rivolti quindi nuovamente al negozio sentendoci rispondere in malo modo e senza nemmeno averla visionata, che la vite non sarebbe stata da toccare e che il danno l'avevamo fatto noi (?!). Ci rivolgeremo ad altri Professionisti. In sostanza pessima l'assistenza post-vendita e maleducazione del proprietario nei confronti di clienti fissi (ed anziani).
I state that we are from the area and we have always bought from this shop. At the beginning of summer we decided to buy a new mosquito net, the owner showed us the different options and we opted for the most expensive one, mistakenly believing it to be the most reliable. During the installation the technician informed us about the possibility of adjusting the spring tension directly from a screw. After a few months, the mosquito net started to give problems opening. We then turned to the shop again feeling a bad answer and without even having seen it, that the screw would not have been touched and that we had done the damage (?!). We will turn to other Professionals. Basically bad after-sales assistance and rudeness of the owner towards regular customers (and elderly).
