Non lo avessi mai fatto,"lei non doveva aprirlo perché poi io non lo posso più vendere,me lo doveva chiedere.. ." Guardi l'ho aperto perché devo comprarlo e mio,devo pagarlo...una storia infinita!!! Il signore dopo di me,nonostante avesse pagato il suo articolo ,le ha chiesto se poteva aprirlo. E la signora alla cassa gli ha risposto" certo è suo,lo ha pagato". Non compro a scatola chiusa e prima di pagarlo volevo sincerarmi che fosse tutto ok. I had decided to buy an item and, since the lady was busy with another customer, I take the box, open it and go to the cashier to pay. I had never done it, "she didn't have to open it because then I can't sell it anymore, she had to ask me ..." Look I opened it because I have to buy it and mine, I have to pay for it ... a never ending story !!! The gentleman after me, despite having paid for her item, asked her if she could open it. And the lady at the cashier replied "of course it's hers, she paid for it". I don't buy a pig in a poke and before paying for it I wanted to make sure everything was ok.

Il personale è attento e preparato..la cosa che mi piace di più è che Non ti fanno sentire "obbligata ad acquistare" se sei lì per un regalo . Non do 5 stelle solo per l'esposizione della merce che a mio avviso potrebbe essere sistemata un po' meglio Very well stocked children's shop with fair prices. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable..the thing I like the most is that they don't make you feel "forced to buy" if you are there for a gift. I do not give 5 stars only for the display of the goods which in my opinion could be arranged a little better

The shop is stocked with many products ranging from more commercial brands to slightly more "niche" ones. The staff is very helpful. Daniela, the owner, is very kind and very competent.
