Gentilezza, cordialità, disponibilità e serietà da parte di tutto lo staff, dalla stipula del contratto al ritiro del mezzo (Davide ha voluto esserci accompagnandomi per assicurarsi che andasse tutto bene). Ho parlato con uno dei venditori, Giuseppe, il quale, dopo aver ascoltato le mie richieste, si è subito messo alla ricerca dell'auto con le caratteristiche concordate; non nego che, essendo parecchio distante dalla concessionaria, avevo timore nell'intavolare una trattativa. Sono state sufficienti pochi contatti telefonici per ricredermi perché ho notato, in Giuseppe, l'impegno e la disponibilità dimostrata unite ad un gentilezza ed educazione nel cercare di soddisfare ogni mi esigenza.
