★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso un furgone in noleggio, dopo aver firmato il contratto mentre mi accingevo a partire mi avvertono di non preoccuparmi della spia che rimaneva accesa in quanto avevano cambiato le serrature. In realtà la serratura del portellone posteriore era al limite dell'efficienza ed infatti ho dovuto evitare di aprirlo, mentre arrivati alla mia destinazione mi sono accorto che anche la serratura anteriore lato passeggero aveva problemi ed addirittura non si chiudeva a chiave. Ciò ha comportato un grosso disagio in quanto mi ha impedito di effettuare soste nonchè il pernotto previsto.
Inoltre durante il viaggio si è anche accesa la spia dei freni, senza parlare del rumore che faceva, pensavamo veramente di restare a piedi.
Al momento della riconsegna quando abbiamo esposto i vari problemi come risposta anzichè ricevere delle scuse abbiamo ricevuto solo un'alzata di spalle dimostrando assoluta assenza di professionalità e correttezza.
Considerato il prezzo chiesto (al disopra del mercato) pensavamo, auguravamo, di ottenere un mezzo altamente efficiente per un lungo viaggio in piena sicurezza.
Inoltre consiglio di leggere bene le clausole sul contratto, perchè non sono poi le stesse che ti comunicano a voce.
Diffidate della finta cordialità di facciata.

I took a rental van, after signing the contract as I was about to leave they warn me not to worry about the light that remained on as they had changed the locks. In reality, the rear door lock was at the limit of efficiency and in fact I had to avoid opening it, while arriving at my destination I realized that the front passenger side lock also had problems and did not even lock. This caused a great inconvenience as it prevented me from making stops as well as the planned overnight stay.
In addition, during the trip the brake warning light also came on, without talking about the noise it made, we really thought we were staying on foot.
At the time of delivery when we exposed the various problems as an answer instead of receiving an apology we only received a shrug of the shoulders demonstrating absolute lack of professionalism and correctness.
Considering the asking price (above the market) we thought, we wished, to obtain a highly efficient vehicle for a long journey in complete safety.
I also recommend that you read the clauses on the contract well, because they are not the same ones that they communicate to you verbally.
Be wary of the faux friendliness of the facade.
