Invece lui si è dimostrato subito disponibile e già dopo qualche giorno mi portava gente interessata. In poco più di un mese mi ha venduto casa, cosa che le altre agenzie non erano riusciti a fare in tanti mesi. Poi si è occupato anche dei documenti col notaio e tutte le altre commissioni da fare quando si vende una casa. Consiglio a tutti, fidatevi di lui e lasciate perdere le altre agenzie che fanno solo parole. I relied on Mr. Michienzi to sell my house in chieti, even if at first I was a bit skeptical since 3 different agencies had not done anything. Instead he proved immediately available and already after a few days he brought me interested people. In just over a month he sold me a house, which other agencies had not been able to do in so many months. Then he also took care of the documents with the notary and all the other errands to do when selling a house. I advise everyone, trust him and forget about the other agencies that only make words.

Ps Io ho preso una grande fregatura da un'agenzia in franchising e quindi ero molto diffidente. Con loro mi sono ricreduto. Fidatevi tranquillamente.
