I went to this workshop on the advice of a friend: an ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE experience. I was without an appointment but - given the size - they nevertheless assisted me, identified the problem, found the pieces at the moment and resolved the matter. All at a very honest cost. Strengths (them): professionalism, availability, fairness, transparency, dynamism. Critical points (mine): I should have known them a long time ago
