I worked with brt, gls and never found myself discussing with the carriers. People rude, ignorant. Always out of hours. bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei messo 0 stelle se fosse stato possibile, appuntamento preso martedi per una consegna oggi 28/10/2021 ,non si sono presentati ,senza nemmeno avvisare. Pessima azienda,aggiungo inoltre che sconfezionano i bancali senza preventiva autorizzazione e per ben 2 volte è mancata la merce dal riscontro, consegna del 28/10/2021 e consegna del 12/11/2021 ,ragione per la quale abbiamo presentato querela di furto presso la locale stazione dei Carabinieri.
I would have put 0 stars if it had been possible, appointment made on Tuesday for a delivery today 28/10/2021, they did not show up, without even warning. Bad company, I would also add that they unpack the pallets without prior authorization and for 2 times the goods were missing from the acknowledgment, delivery on 10/28/2021 and delivery on 11/12/2021, which is why we filed a theft complaint at the local Carabinieri station.
