Telefono in azienda per avere delle informazioni ed inizia uno scarica barile facendo richiamare interni diversi, finchè non riesco a parlare con una persona dell'amministrazione che definire persona sarebbe già un insulto al genere umano: ad ogni domanda la risposta era un semplice e secco "non lo so".
Eppure chi lavora nell'amministrazione di un'azienda dovrebbe almeno sapere indirizzare i clienti al giusto reparto per trovare una soluzione...
ABSURD!!! I call the company to get information and start a download barrel by calling different extensions, until I can talk to a person in the administration that to define a person would already be an insult to mankind: for each question the answer was a simple and dry " I do not know".
Yet those who work in the administration of a company should at least know how to direct customers to the right department to find a solution ...
