S	Stella volpe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato l'aspirapolvere VK150 folletto a fare una revisione completa perché non andava bene: si era spezzato il filo elettrico e anche il gancio incastra sacchetto tra le altre cose e quando la mettevo alla max potenza si spegneva dopo pochi minuti e nn si riaccendeva più Ebbene la PRIMA VOLTA hanno cambiato la scocca, abbiano pagato 103€ e ritorna a casa con il filo sempre spezzato e alla max potenza cmq si staccava sempre......RIPORTATA DOPO POCO ,aveva ancora il nastro gommato col nome del cliente e il prezzo pagato per la riparazione scritto, HANNO DETTO CHE ERA IL MOTORE,mi chiedo nella prima revisione che hanno revisionato?! Facciamo cambiare il motore. Riconsegnata in queste condizioni: filo ancora spezzato e nn sostituito e il filtro mancante né cambiato con uno nuovo né restituito il vecchio DOPO AVER PAGATO ALTRI 108€, CI DICONO CHE IL FILO COSTA 20 EURO E SONO A PARTE.......QUESTI I FATTI....A VOI LA VALUTAZIONE.... Personalmente di una sola stella perché avevamo chiesto UNA REVISIONE COMPLETA (senza mai discutere sul prezzo!) e non a singhiozzi e tra l'altro siamo senza filtri e col filo rotto quindi ancora INCOMPLETA Nelle foto manca la prima fattura e nn posso dimostrare che abbiamo pagato 103€.....manca.... AFTER PAYING ANOTHER € 108, THEY TELL US THAT THE WIRE COST 20 EUROS AND THEY ARE SEPARATE ....... THESE FACTS ... COMPLETE REVIEW (without ever discussing the price!) And not in fits and starts and among other things we are without filters and with the thread broken therefore still INCOMPLETE In the photos the first invoice is missing and I can not prove that we paid 103 € ..... it is missing ....
