Il 1 marzo ho ricevuto una mail con la quale mi chiedevano di dare il ok alla spedizione perché il forno era arrivato nel magazzino , siccome non avevo ricevuto il numero di traciabilita li ho contattati e mi hanno rassicurata dicendomi che comunque il corriere mi avrebbe contattata un giorno prima della consegna. Da quel giorno non mi hanno più risposto né al telefono né alle mie segnalazioni sul sito internet. Per fortuna ho scelto il pagamento alla consegna sennò avrei già avuto 10 infarti fino ad oggi. Ho contattato il venditore via chat il quale ha risposto immediatamente, dandomi le informazioni sulla disponibilità del piano cottura che intendevo acquistare. Ho proseguito quindi con l'ordine e da quel momento il venditore ha sempre risposto via e-mail riguardo tutti i miei dubbi. Il prodotto (un piano cottura) è stato ordinato domenica e spedito martedì, arrivato il martedì seguente (quindi il tutto concluso in una settimana). Il prodotto arrivato perfettamente funzionante con certifica to e istruzioni complete. Per tutti coloro che volessere ordinare consiglio di chiedere prima la disponibilità perché magari sul sito è disponibile ma non lo hanno in magazzino perché magari vendito nel frattempo. Unica nota dolente, la spedizione non permette il tracciamento I start by saying that I don't understand most of the reviews on this store and I want to share my experience. For all those who want to order, I recommend asking for availability first because it may be available on the site but they do not have it in stock because it may have been sold in the meantime. The only sore point, the shipment does not allow tracking

Ottimi prodotti delle migliori marche e modelli e prezzi economici . E il Top , di sicuro ci ritornerò x fare altri aquisti.... Poi dopo l'ennesima mail mi è stato risposto che il prodotto era in arrivo, ma come per magia silenzio totale... Insistenti telefonate e buttato giù il telefono.... Ad oggi non si sa nulla... Quindi solo una presa in giro per i clienti. Complimenti così farà gran successo!!! ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID Unreliable and rude ... I placed an order and waited for months ... Then after yet another email I was told that the product was on its way, but as if by magic total silence ... Insistent phone calls and knocked down the phone. ... To date nothing is known ... So just a mockery for customers. Congratulations so it will be a great success !!!
