★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di arredamenti davvero molto bello. L'esposizione è davvero enorme, tra cucine aree soggiorno, zone notte. Il personale è molto preparato e disponibile a spiegare ogni dettaglio. Tra le cucine è possibile trovare tra le altre Ernesto Meda e Lube. Davvero notevole il gusto degli arredi in esposizione.
Very nice furniture store. The exposure is really huge, including kitchens living areas, sleeping areas. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to explain every detail. Among the kitchens it is possible to find among others Ernesto Meda and Lube. The taste of the furnishings on display is truly remarkable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato un letto di una piazza e mezzo verso la fine di giugno. È arrivato ad agosto (10 settimane... Se lo avessi ordinato dalla Cina mi sarebbe arrivato in meno tempo):
1) di un colore sbagliato
2)dimensioni sbagliate (i cassettoni non entravano nella struttura e le rifiniture in tessuto erano più corte della struttura stessa)
3)la struttura presentava lesioni di fonditura.
Viene riordinato ad agosto, ma i fornitori, dato il molto lavoro "eccellente", decidono di andare in ferie, quindi ci viene consegnata ad Ottobre (si ad Ottobre, il 16-10) la struttura ma non il materasso.
Forse per Agosto dell'anno prossimo potrò tornare a dormire su un letto.
Ordered a queen size bed towards the end of June. It arrived in August (10 weeks ... If I had ordered it from China it would have arrived in less time):
1) of a wrong color
2) wrong dimensions (the drawers did not fit into the structure and the fabric finishes were shorter than the structure itself)
3) the structure showed foundation cracks.
It is rearranged in August, but the suppliers, given the "excellent" work, decide to go on vacation, so the structure is delivered to us in October (yes October 16-10) but not the mattress.
Maybe by August next year I can go back to sleep on a bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono gentili fino a un minuto dopo averti fatto firmare il contratto, dopo si rimangano la parola data sia per quanto riguarda la consegna, che di eventuali extra non inseriti nel contratto. Gli ordini, almeno per quanto mi riguarda da vicino, vengono evasi in parte, nella fattispecie abbiamo dovuto fare a meno del forno per più di un mese e la cucina è arrivata con particolari bianchi, anche se era stata acquistata color corda. Quando vengono a montare la cucina, la professionalità la rimangono chiusa nel furgone, fanno entrare gli elettrodomestici con i piedi di porco, ti lamenti telefonicamente con loro, di rotture, graffi e cose mancanti, ma oramai hai già pagato, a cosa serve, non ti rispondono nemmeno, tornassi indietro, non commetterei mai più un errore simile, non li consiglio nemmeno al mio più grande nemico
They are kind until a minute after making you sign the contract, after which they remain their word for both delivery and any extras not included in the contract. The orders, at least as far as I am concerned, are partially processed, in this case we had to do without the oven for more than a month and the kitchen arrived with white details, even if it had been purchased in a rope color. When they come to assemble the kitchen, the professionalism remains closed in the van, they let the appliances in with crowbars, you complain by phone to them, about breakages, scratches and missing things, but by now you have already paid, what is it for, not they don't even answer you, you go back, I would never make such a mistake again, I don't even recommend them to my greatest enemy

Consegna avvenuta nei tempi concordati , non posso che consigliarlo vivamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza positiva grazie all'architetto Mario che ha esaudito tutti i nostri desideri. Progettazione lunga anche per motivi covid e personali il sig Mario ha avuto anche tanta pazienza nei vari cambi fatti in fase di progettazione.
Per quanto mi riguarda questo store merita 5 stelle per l'accoglienza la cura del cliente e l'installazione e anche il post vendita. La qualità dei materiali sembra essere buona e solida a primo impatto per quest'ultima ci vorra tempo per giudicare.
Bravi allo staff e anche ai montatori.
Positive experience thanks to the architect Mario who fulfilled all our wishes. Long design also for covid and personal reasons, Mr. Mario also had a lot of patience in the various changes made during the design phase.
As far as I'm concerned, this store deserves 5 stars for its welcome, customer care and installation and also after sales. The quality of the materials seems to be good and solid at first glance for the latter it will take time to judge.
Well done to the staff and also to the fitters.
