Mi rivolgo a loro per capire cosa possa significare la spia gialla motore accesa, con tutto che già sentivo i primi acciacchi del motore; alla visita del meccanico "esperto" in materia, mi viene detto che la macchina non ha nulla e che posso andare tranquillo. In tutto ciò la garanzia era quasi scaduta e dopo pochi giorni da questa visita l'auto comincia a presentare problemi più accentuati, ma la concessionaria se n'è lavata le mani. Ad oggi ho speso 1/3 del capitale dell'auto in riparazioni, dopo soli due anni di proprietà dell'auto apparentemente in ottime condizioni. Prima e ultima volta che mi rivolgo a questi signori. Si vedeva che voglia di lavorare non ne aveva affatto. Si consiglia alla Co.Ri di tenere personale sorridente, disponibile e soprattutto professionale. Concessionaria sconsigliata. Nel mese di novembre 2020 ho acquistato una dacia duster, pagamento tre quarti contanti e la restante parte finanziata da compass. Io conoscendo il proprietario della concessionaria ho avuto cieca fiducia di tutte le loro proposte e procedo con la scelta della autovettura e successivamente all 'acquisto. Il venditore che mi ha consigliato il tutto con molta credibilita 'il signor Versace Salvatore mi fa un finanziamento ( COMPASS) con contratto firmato da me di 48 rate per un importo mensile di €92,60 pagamento tramite R I D tutto regolare. Nei mesi successivi scopro dall'estratto conto che il debito mensile non era quello contrattuale ma di €167,25. Io allarmato chiamo subito la finanziaria che mi risponde che l'importo finanziato e' di 24 mesi di €167,25 e che il problema non e' di competenza loro ma della concessionaria. Cosa devo pensare che il Signor VERSACE SALVATORE ha cambiato a mia insaputa gli accordi presi in precedenza creandomi disagi economici in quanto da €92,60 siamo passati a 167,25 il che non e', da sottovalutare. Quindi concludo che il venditore il signor Versace Salvatore poteva essere onesto e sincero non si prendono in giro le persone per concludere un contratto . Potevo fare denuncia e procedere ma ho voluto evitare in quanto il Signor Ninni Polizzi si e' interessato al mio caso e con la sua umilta' e saggezza e' riuscito a persuadermi. Acquisto una A1 poco più di due anni fa, e credetemi ad oggi non mi ha dato neanche una soddisfazione. Uscito dal concessionario 2 km spia dell'olio problema risolto in garanzia ovviamente. 2 mesi dopo spia della pressione del liquido di raffreddamento. Problema risolto in garanzia. Ovviamente Dopo quasi un anno si ripresenta di nuovo quest'ultimo problema ... Rifiuto della loro assistenza e pago di tasca mia 140€. Dopo un anno e mezzo iniettore bloccato 900€ Ad oggi un'altro iniettore bloccato 400+ spese Ancora in corso... Do una stella perché meno non potevo. Cordiali saluti. I'll tell you a good story.
