Mi danno appuntamento per fare un 730, spiego per telefono la mia situazione e mi dicono quali documenti portare; preparo il tutto e mi presento il giorno dell'appuntamento. Da qui è un crescendo di mancanza di professionalità: fanno storie su tutto quanto pur di non accettare la mia pratica, anche su cose infondate che dovrebbero conoscere bene, essendo il loro lavoro; mi chiedono prima di ripassare perchè "devono informarsi" su un rimborso da me richiesto, ma non mi assicurano che accetteranno la pratica; poi mi dicono che prendono la pratica ma senza richiedere il rimborso per evitare, nel dubbio, di commettere un errore e la conseguente multa per loro; poi mi consigliano di andare a casa a fare la precompilata; per ultimo mi rimproverano perchè mi sono presentato troppo vicino alla scadenza (peccato che mi hanno detto loro quando andare e altri conoscenti sono stati accettati diversi giorni dopo). Sono uscito da lì che non sapevo se ridere o arrabbiarmi. Purtroppo professionalità e competenza da queste parti non esistono, forse accettano solo le pratiche più semplici per fare prima ed evitare errori. EDIT: per rispondere al proprietario: non ho sbagliato CAF, avrei voluto essere tra i vostri clienti, ma come potete leggere dalla mia esperienza non me ne avete dato modo. C.A.F. it should mean Tax Assistance Center, too bad they don't give assistance here ... They give me an appointment to make a 730, I explain my situation by phone and they tell me which documents to bring; I prepare everything and show up on the day of the appointment. From here it is a crescendo of lack of professionalism: they make stories about everything so as not to accept my practice, even about unfounded things that they should know well, being their job; they ask me before reviewing why they "need to inquire" about a refund requested by me, but they do not assure me that they will accept the practice; then they tell me that they take the file but without requesting reimbursement to avoid, in doubt, making a mistake and the consequent fine for them; then they advise me to go home to do the pre-filled; lastly they scold me because I showed up too close to the deadline (too bad they told me when to go and other acquaintances were accepted several days later). I came out of there not knowing whether to laugh or get angry. Unfortunately, professionalism and competence in these parts do not exist, perhaps they only accept the simplest practices to do first and avoid mistakes. EDIT: to reply to the owner: I was not wrong CAF, I would have liked to be among your customers, but as you can read from my experience you have not given me a way.
