★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato guidato da questa agenzia nella mia prima esperienza lavorativa, hanno sempre risposto ad ogni mia domanda in modo gentile e preciso, soprattutto per un neoassunto, sono stato veramente fortunato ad essere affiancato da loro per quel contratto, se dovesse ricapitarmi un contratto dello stesso tipo sarebbero certamente il mio punto di riferimento.
I was guided by this agency in my first work experience, they always answered all my questions in a polite and precise way, especially for a new employee, I was really lucky to be joined by them for that contract, if a contract of the same should happen again. type would certainly be my point of reference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo insopportabile la scarsa chiarezza che c'è e la troppa ipocrisia.
Si viene sbolognati con false speranze "ti richiameremo a breve" e quant'altro.
Poi quella chiamata ovviamente non arriverà mai. Non sarebbe meglio dire piuttosto che un certo tipo di persona non è adatto al lavoro per il quale ha presentato domanda esponendo magari i problemi che ci sono stati, aiutandolo così per le prossime volte? Troppo difficile?
No. "Aggiorna il tuo curriculum" frase che qualcuno prima o poi dovrà spiegarmene il significato.
È normale che poi il ragazzo 20enne di turno si demoralizza e lascia stare, sembra una presa in giro.
C'è poca professionalità e Assente (a dir poco) trasparenza verso i clienti.
Sarebbe questa l'agenzia che si professa la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro?
I find the lack of clarity and too much hypocrisy unbearable.
You are smeared with false hopes "we will call you back shortly" and so on.
Then that call will obviously never come. Wouldn't it be better to say rather that a certain type of person is not suitable for the job for which he has applied, perhaps exposing the problems that have been there, thus helping him for the next times? Too difficult?
No. "Update your resume" phrase that someone sooner or later will have to explain its meaning to me.
It is normal that then the 20-year-old boy on duty gets demoralized and leaves it alone, it seems like a mockery.
There is little professionalism and Absent (to say the least) transparency towards customers.
Could this be the agency that professes to be the first Italian multinational of work?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente quando non lavoravo ancora per Gigroup avevo dubbi sul fatto che potessero leggere o meno il mio profilo in quanto inviavo candidature ma non ricevevo risposte.
Successivamente una volta iniziato a lavorare per loro mi sono trovata VERAMENTE BENE, Simona molto disponibile nell’ascolto delle mie esigenze lavorative e per il momento rimane una delle agenzie interinali in cui mi sono trovata meglio.
Consiglio: dovrebbero inserire nell’app una voce in cui dice per lo meno se il profilo del candidato è stato letto e nel caso scartato per la posizione almeno una persona si può regolare di conseguenza.
Nel contesto però esperienza molto buona!!!
Personally, when I was not yet working for Gigroup I had doubts about whether or not they could read my profile as I was sending applications but receiving no replies.
Later, once I started working for them, I found myself REALLY GOOD, Simona was very helpful in listening to my work needs and for the moment she remains one of the temporary agencies where I found myself best.
Tip: they should enter an entry in the app in which it says at least if the candidate's profile has been read and in the case rejected for the position at least one person can be adjusted accordingly.
In the context, however, very good experience !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come prima esperienza all'interno di questa agenzia non posso che essere davvero soddisfatta, staff altamente qualificato e super disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio o chiarimento ma soprattutto attento alle esigenze e agli interessi dei loro clienti. Posso ritenermi quindi davvero fortunata di essere seguita da loro durante il mio percorso lavorativo.
As a first experience within this agency I can only be really satisfied, highly qualified and super available staff for any doubt or clarification but above all attentive to the needs and interests of their customers. I can therefore consider myself really lucky to be followed by them during my career path.

Durante tutto il mio percorso lavorativo, sin dal momento della selezione, sono stata sempre trattata con estrema gentilezza e professionalità. L'agenzia è seria ed affidabile; il suo staff è molto preparato, ed ogni volta che mi sono interfacciata con loro ho sempre ricevuto spiegazioni pertinenti ogni mio dubbio.
