★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza decisamente negativa. Qualche settimana fa mi recai da loro per un preventivo per riparazione della mia auto. Alla richiesta di un preventivo già mi fanno storie e mi dicono di tornare quando c'è il suo collega perchè lui non fa preventivi. Torno dopo un'ora, trovo il suo collega e mi dice "devo uscire, puoi ritornare un'altra volta?". Evidentemente mi vide scocciato allora mi fece il preventivo. Mi accordai con lui per portagli l'auto oggi. Dopo essermi organizzato con il lavoro e tutto, oggi gli porto l'auto e mi fa "ma me la dovevi portare oggi? Non riesco mica, mi si è ammalato un dipendente". Ma dico... Nel 2019 con tutti gli strumenti che abbiamo, avvisare il cliente? Se questa è l'organizzazione e la professionalità dimostrata già in partenza meglio che mi rivolga ad un'altra carrozeria. Grazie. È stato un piacere.
Definitely negative experience. A few weeks ago I went to them for a quote for repairing my car. At the request of a quote they already make me stories and they tell me to come back when his colleague is there because he doesn't give estimates. I come back after an hour, I find his colleague and he says "I have to leave, can you come back another time?" He evidently saw me annoyed then he gave me the quote. I arranged with him to bring him the car today. After organizing myself with work and everything, today I bring him the car and he asks me "but did you have to bring it today? I can't do it, an employee got sick". But I say ... In 2019 with all the tools we have, will you alert the customer? If this is the organization and professionalism already demonstrated at the start, it is better for me to turn to another body shop. Thank you. It was a pleasure.
