★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ditta decennale dove la pulizia è esasperata ma da un bel colpo d'occhio (e stiamo parlando di una officina meccanica, dove si lavora su parti meccaniche sporche di olio e grasso). Personale molto affidabile, competente e gentile. Presente un centro revisioni, dove si accede principalmente su appuntamento.
 Decennial company where cleaning is exasperated but by a nice glance (and we are talking about a mechanical workshop, where we work on mechanical parts dirty with oil and grease). Very reliable, competent and kind staff. There is a revision center, which can be accessed mainly by appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laut Fiat Pannenhilfe sollten wir dieses Unternehmen kontaktieren und einen Termin für unseren Ducato Womo zu vereinbaren auf unserem Trip durch die Toskana. Der Versuch das Unternehmen eine Woche im voraus per e-mail zu erreichen, scheiterte bzw. Nachricht blieb unbeantwortet. Bei dem telefonischen Kontakt teilte man uns mit, keine Zeit zu haben. Scheinbar kein Interesse Touristen im Notfall zu helfen.
According to Fiat Roadside Assistance, we should contact this company and make an appointment for our Ducato Womo on our trip through Tuscany. The attempt to contact the company by e-mail one week in advance failed or the message remained unanswered. When we contacted us by phone, we were told that we had no time. Apparently no interest in helping tourists in an emergency.

An jeder Hebebühne war eine große Gummimatte und als am Fahrzeug alles erledigt war wurde noch gestaubsaugt. So was habe ich in Deutschland noch nicht gesehen! Nach Luftdruck und Wasser bekam ich das Fahrzeug zurück. Alles war zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit. Danke an alle! Dirk Stückrath
Hello I went to the workshop yesterday to change the oil and I was very satisfied. There was a large rubber mat on each lift and when everything was done on the vehicle, vacuuming was still going on. I've never seen anything like it in Germany! After air pressure and water I got the vehicle back. Everything was to my complete satisfaction. Thanks to all! Dirk Stückrath
