★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perchè di meno non è previsto.Abbiamo acquistato una cucina. Pagata e montata ormai da 6 mesi. (7milaeuro!!!)
Insoddisfatti sotto ogni punto di vista. il post vendita non esiste, abbiamo mandato innumerevole email ed abbiamo perso il conto delle chiamate fatte. Il problema è aver pagato TUTTO, fino all'ultimo centesimo. Abbiamo notato dei difetti, ad oggi (6 mesi dopo il montaggio)un cassetto, più piccolo del dovuto, non è stato ancora sostituito. Una parte aggiuntiva (che avremmo dovuto pagare, giustamente a parte, non è mai arrivata). Hanno preso MALE le misure e hanno dovuto fare dei RATTOPPI. Unica soluzione è l'avvocato perchè devi inseguirli. Li inseguiamo da 6 lunghi mesi ora ci penserà un legale. State lontani da quel posto
One star because less is not expected. We bought a kitchen. Paid and mounted for 6 months now. (7 thousand euros !!!)
Dissatisfied from every point of view. the after-sales service does not exist, we have sent countless emails and we have lost count of the calls made. The problem is having paid EVERYTHING, down to the last cent. We noticed some defects, to date (6 months after assembly) a drawer, smaller than it should, has not yet been replaced. An additional part (which we should have paid, quite rightly aside, never arrived). They took the measurements WRONG and had to make a BURST. The only solution is the lawyer because you have to chase them. We have been chasing them for 6 long months now a lawyer will take care of it. Stay away from that place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una cucina ma il montaggio è stato pessimo con tante imperfezioni dovute alla superficialità e mancanza di professionalità del montatore. Non avendo saldato, sono stati costretti a tornare per sistemare tutto però mancava un pezzo di formica che dovevano sostituire perché tagliato male . In sintesi: il pezzo l'ho sistemato io e per soli 50€ che mi ero trattenuto sul pagamento totale non mi hanno recapitato la fattura e quindi ho perso la garanzia sugli elettrodomestici. Per nulla professionali.
I bought a kitchen but the assembly was bad with many imperfections due to the superficiality and lack of professionalism of the assembler. Not having welded, they were forced to return to fix everything but a piece of ant was missing that they had to replace because it was badly cut. In summary: I arranged the piece and for only € 50 that I had withheld from the total payment, they did not send me the invoice and therefore I lost the warranty on the appliances. Not at all professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mio marito abbiamo acquistato questa estate da loro la cameretta per la nostra bimba...una cameretta degna di una principessa ? ...ci siamo trovati talmente bene che abbiamo deciso di acquistare da loro anche il mobilio del nostro salone e della nostra camera da letto... Hanno veramente una vasta gamma da scegliere... anche per quanto riguarda i rivestimenti di letti...sedie e quant'altro! Mi stanno realizzando anche due specchi su misura! ? Che dire di tutti loro....accoglienti, sorridenti, gentili, simpatici, professionali, capaci, caparbi nel voler accontentare a tutti i costi il cliente facendolo uscire dal loro negozio super soddisfatto!!! Presenti anche nell'eventuale assistenza post vendita... anche solo per informazioni....insomma sempre disponibili...e non è poco avere sempre un punto di riferimento dopo aver fatto acquisti importanti! My husband and I bought from them the bedroom for our little girl this summer ... a bedroom worthy of a princess ? ... we had such a good time that we decided to buy from them also the furniture for our living room and ours bedroom ... They really have a wide range to choose from ... even in bed coverings ... chairs and so on! They are also making two custom-made mirrors for me! ? What about all of them .... welcoming, smiling, kind, nice, professional, capable, stubborn in wanting to please the customer at all costs by making him leave their shop super satisfied !!! Also present in the eventual after-sales assistance ... even just for information .... in short, always available ... and it is no small thing to always have a point of reference after making important purchases!
