Lo porto per sostituirlo e non avevano disponibile in negozio il prodotto da sostituire . Mi hanno dato tempo un mese e mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero richiamato .. Non mi hanno più avvisata e ogni volta che passavo per chiedere mi rimandavano la sostituzione di mese in mese.. Dopo tre mesi mi sono ripresentata in negozio e dando la differenza ho cambiato proprio prodotto.. Professionalità zero..
