Mi sono rivolto a Novatec in quanto centro assistenza autorizzato per la mia caldaia e mi hanno finalmente risolto la problematica.
lo consiglio perché professionali, veloci e precisi.
I had a problem that had been sending me the boiler for a while. The technician who usually came to do the maintenance couldn't solve it.
I turned to Novatec as an authorized service center for my boiler and they finally solved the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È venuto un funzionario (matteo) a casa nostra per valutare l installazione. È stato cordiale e professionale. L azienda è stata super tempestiva e precisa nel fornirmi tutte indicazioni nel caso. Se si deve installare in impianto di condizionamento sono sicuramente il top di pescara.
An official (matteo) came to our house to evaluate the installation. He was friendly and professional. The company was super timely and precise in giving me all the information in the case. If it is to be installed in an air conditioning system, they are certainly the top of Pescara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tecnicamente competenti, educati, efficienti e rapidi; sanno fare bene il loro lavoro e il prezzo è in linea con il mercato.
Una stella in meno però perché per richiedere il loro intervento online è necessario compilare un modulo con una serie di dati anche tecnici non alla portata di tutti: penso ai vecchietti che vivono soli in periferia o in campagna…
Un' altra stella in meno per il fatto che, pur non avendo la ditta (credo) funzioni pubbliche ispettive, il tecnico non si è voluto limitare ad effettuare la riparazione richiesta, ma ha anche preteso di visionare a lungo la regolarità degli atti burocratici e dei pagamenti attuali e pregressi di tasse e bolli. Tutto era a posto, ma comunque la Novatec mi ha dato la stessa perplessità che avrei avuto se il meccanico cui avessi portato la macchina per sistemare i freni si fosse anche voluto zelantemente ingerire nella verifica di patente, bollo, assicurazione e revisioni auto.

One star less, however, because to request their online intervention it is necessary to fill in a form with a series of technical data that are not within everyone's reach: I am thinking of the old men who live alone in the suburbs or in the countryside ...
Another star less for the fact that, although the company does not have (I believe) public inspection functions, the technician did not want to limit himself to carrying out the requested repair, but also pretended to see for a long time the regularity of the bureaucratic documents and of current and past payments of taxes and stamps. Everything was fine, but in any case Novatec gave me the same perplexity that I would have had if the mechanic to whom I had brought the car to fix the brakes had also zealously wanted to ingest in the verification of driving license, road tax, insurance and car inspections.
