★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo installato qualche mese fa un nuovo impianto Novasat. Siamo molto soddisfatti, sia dell’installazione in sé in quanto Marco si è reso molto disponibile e ci tiene affinché gli obiettivi del cliente vengano raggiungiti. Inoltre finora l’impianto non ha mai dato alcun problema e non ha mai dato falsi allarmi.
Anche dal punto di vista estetico l’impianto è il migliore attualmente in circolazione , sia per la centralina che per i dispositivi Wi-Fi che vengono applicati alle finestre.
Ho consigliato Novasat anche ai miei genitori che alla fine l’hanno acquistato anche loro, e anche loro sono rimasti soddisfatti, nonostante l’impianto fosse più complesso.
 We installed a new Novasat system a few months ago. We are very satisfied, both with the installation itself as Marco has made himself very available and is keen to ensure that the customer's objectives are achieved. Furthermore, so far the system has never given any problems and has never given false alarms.
Also from an aesthetic point of view, the system is the best currently in circulation, both for the control unit and for the Wi-Fi devices that are applied to the windows.
I also recommended Novasat to my parents who in the end bought it too, and they too were satisfied, despite the fact that the system was more complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mia moglie abbiamo conosciuto Marco grazie al passaparola e fin dalla progettazione si è dimostrato molto competente e corretto nel definire la soluzione migliore per la nostra abitazione su più livelli. Abbiamo montato un impianto wireless con centrale e sirena filari. Prodotti top di gamma che a distanza di un anno non hanno mai dato nemmeno un falso allarme. Anche nel post vendita Marco è sempre disponibile (oserei dire 24/24h) e a distanza è riuscito a ottimizzare ulteriormente la nostra gestione tramite App, con consigli e aggiornamenti. Questo per noi è stato un valore aggiunto, che non avevamo avuto in vecchie installazioni passate con altri venditori. Top a Reggio Emilia.
My wife and I met Marco through word of mouth and right from the design he proved to be very competent and correct in defining the best solution for our multi-level home. We have installed a wireless system with wired control unit and siren. Top-of-the-range products that, after a year, have never given even a false alarm. Marco is always available in the after-sales service too (I would say 24 / 24h) and remotely managed to further optimize our management via the App, with advice and updates. This was an added value for us, which we had not had in old past installations with other vendors. Top in Reggio Emilia.
