L' assistenza clienti e la cortesia sono veramente il fiore all'occhiello delle persone che lavorano in questo negozio, fornitissimo di articoli difficilmente ritrovabili in altri siti web. Ciò che più mi ha colpito è stata la cortesia e propensione rivolta alla piena soddisfazione del cliente. There are many sellers .. but, Novara Metalli certainly deserves much more than 5 stars. The price and quality ratio is excellent. Customer support and courtesy are truly the flagships of the people who work in this store, stocked with items that are difficult to find on other websites. What struck me most was the courtesy and inclination towards full customer satisfaction. It is very difficult to find a shop like this, but it is even more difficult not to remain a customer! Risposte rapidissime da parte di Laura che è sempre cordiale e gentile ed ha tanta pazienza. Lo consiglio a tutti. Spedizioni con BRT rapidissime. Solo un appunto, nel 2020 il sito si potrebbe rifare :P Absolutely the best Italian online store for DIY, modeling, and hardware in general. Quick answers from Laura who is always friendly and kind and has a lot of patience. I recommend it to everybody. Shipments with BRT very rapid. Just a note, in 2020 the site could be redone: P

Oltre a normali oggetti di uso comune, qui si trovano anche prodotti molto difficili da reperire sul mercato. Pagate meno della metà di quelle originali BMW (a parità di qualità dei materiali). Spedizione super veloce e assistenza al top ! Being a private individual, I bought only a few screws online (among other things, difficult to find on the net). Pay less than half of the original BMW ones (with the same quality of materials). Super fast shipping and top service!
