Perdi solo il tuo tempo. I agree with the previous reviews, if you are looking for a doctor you will not find him on the other hand you will find many very nice secretaries, non-existent service. You're just wasting your time.

Quando c'era una sola segretaria in studio avevi sempre tutto e si riusciva a parlar con il medico entro la giornata, ora se stai male e hai bisogno del certificato devi chiamare 20 volte e forse dopo 4 giorni riesci a farti fare una visita. My review is not negative towards the doctors but the secretariat. When there was only one secretary in the office you always had everything and you could talk to the doctor within the day, now if you are sick and you need the certificate you have to call 20 times and maybe after 4 days you can get a visit.

Il medico è reperibile solo negli orari in cui è li e non si puó contattare durante altri orari... Quite rude and unprofessional answering machine .. you fight for a medical certificate which then by the way they don't even give you ... The doctor is available only during the hours in which he is there and cannot be contacted during other hours ...

Si potrebbe fare di più, la matematica non è un opinione. 8 doctors with two telephone lines, 8 x 1500, 12,000 potential patients with two employees, the result: almost impossible to contact the center. More could be done, mathematics is not an opinion.

Se chiami in pausa pranzo forse qualcuno risponde e dice che avresti dovuto telefonare al mattino. La sensazione che ti prendano per i fondelli è forte. You call all morning: if all goes well they won't answer. Often there is the answering machine that says to try later. If you call during your lunch break, maybe someone picks up and says you should have called in the morning. The feeling that they take you for a ride is strong.

Venerdì mattina chiamo mi dicono che il mio medico mi avrebbe chiamato in mattinata, chiamo nell’orario di pranzo, ma il mio medico era già andato via ed inoltre avevano sbagliato a segnarmi non al mio medico, ma su un altro (andato in pensione)! Successivamente mi dicono che mi avrebbero contattato la sera, la sera richiamo, (aspettando 15 minuti) non avendo ricevuto nessuno chiamata, ed il mio medico era già andato via. Mi hanno assicurato che la mattina successiva mi avrebbero contattato, ma indovinate?? Nessuna chiamata!! Ed essendo sabato lo studio è chiuso. Com’è possibile che una persona debba essere presa per i fondelli per così tanti giorni?? Dovreste iniziare a fare il vostro lavoro, perché non è possibile sentirsi presi in giro in questo modo!!! Outrageous Medicine Center !! I called on Wednesday morning to ask to speak to my doctor, but they tell me to call on Friday. Friday morning I call they tell me that my doctor would have called me in the morning, I call during lunchtime, but my doctor had already gone away and they had also made a mistake in noting me not to my doctor, but to another (retired) ! Later they tell me that they would contact me in the evening, I call back in the evening (waiting 15 minutes) not having received any call, and my doctor was already gone. They assured me that the next morning they would contact me, but guess what? No calls !! And being Saturday the studio is closed. How is it possible that a person should be taken for a ride for so many days? You should start doing your job, because it is not possible to feel cheated like this !!!
