★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segretarie sgarbate, non all'altezza del loro ruolo in quanto hanno a che fare con persone che hanno bisogno di un medico, non di un panino al bar.
La cortesia non sanno nemmeno dove sta di casa.
 Rude secretaries, not up to their role as they are dealing with people who need a doctor, not a sandwich at the bar.
Courtesy does not even know where it is at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dalle ore 9 di questa mattina ho solo cercato di telefonare 24 volte. Ma non rinuncio! Se il medico è in sede dalle 9 alle 12 come fá ad avere un colloquio o una visita urgente?deve chiama un mese prima?per fortuna questo non è il mio caso!

Telefonicamente irragiungibili e se ti va bene che ti rispondono parlare col proprio medico(che tra l altro hanno sempre meno voglia di lavorare)risulta una guerra. Un incubo ogni volta che se ne ha bisogno. Cambiate mestiere per favore.
Bad in everything. Incompetent and rude secretaries. Unreachable over the phone and if you are okay with the answer talking to your doctor (who among other things have less and less desire to work) it is a war. A nightmare every time you need it. Change jobs please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non posso dare recensioni positive a questo studio medico. Oggi la goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso. È da ieri che chiedo di trasmettermi via mail l'impegnativa per fare l'analisi del l'emocromo in quanto sto facendo punture di eparina e mi dicono che il dottore non può spedirla via mail ma devo mandare qualcuno a ritirarla. Soprattutto in questo periodo dove ancora c'è la possibilità di contagio Covid se si accede ad uno studio medico, è il caso di agevolare la burocrazia e inviare via mail tutto quello che si può. Siamo nel 2020, la tecnologia deve essere sfruttata e non far correre la povera gente dentro i loro studi. Finché non diventano più pratici e disponibili, non posso che sconsigliare questo studio medico.

Se posso dare un consiglio, potenzierei il servizio online, sicuramente apprezzato dai più giovani.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni volta che devo telefonare mi vien male. Sempre occupati e quando si riesce a parlare con qualche persona, molto spesso sono sgarbate. Parlare con il dottore è praticamente impossibile perchè impegnato e non si può disturbare..
Oggi poi... Richiedo ricette per mail, visto che per telefono le impiegate non accettano richieste. La risposta.... La mia richiesta verrà evasa in 48 ore...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imbarazzante la maleducazione delle segretarie, non ne salvo una. Zero empatia, zero cordialità; purtroppo va a discapito dell'immagine della struttura. Il personale va preparato ad essere accogliente con i pazienti! In più non capisco come mai certe volte parte la segreteria, altre volte rispondono e riattaccano(!!!), altre volte suona eternamente occupato. Un centro così " grande" che raccoglie molti medici non può permettersi una segreteria tanto pessima. Se potessi metterei 0 stelle!
Embarrassing the rudeness of the secretaries, I do not save one. Zero empathy, zero friendliness; unfortunately it goes to the detriment of the image of the structure. The staff must be prepared to be welcoming to patients! Plus I don't understand why sometimes the answering machine starts, other times they answer and hang up (!!!), other times it sounds eternally busy. Such a "large" center that gathers many doctors cannot afford such a bad secretariat. If I could I would put 0 stars!
