In qualità di venditrice non potevo far altro che accettarla ma si è rivelata una pessima scelta fin dal primo momento.
Tanto per citarne alcune: fissa la data dell'atto senza contattarmi, appena saputo la informo che in una settimana non potrò fornirle tutta la documentazione (tra cui la procura), rimprovera me per il rinvio della data, mi fornisce informazioni fuorvianti, risolvo le problematiche nonostante tutto, sparisce per settimane, fissa la nuova data e mi chiede altri documenti fino a 24 ore prima dell'atto... in piena pandemia e sapendomi a migliaia di km di distanza.
Alla fine l'atto si è fatto ma di certo non grazie a lei!!!

As a seller I could not help but accept it but it turned out to be a bad choice from the first moment.
Just to name a few: fix the date of the deed without contacting me, as soon as I know I will inform you that in a week I will not be able to provide you with all the documentation (including the power of attorney), reproaches me for postponing the date, provides me with misleading information, I resolve the problems despite everything, it disappears for weeks, sets the new date and asks me for other documents up to 24 hours before the act ... in full pandemic and knowing me thousands of km away.
In the end the deed was done but certainly not thanks to her !!!
