L'immobile a me donato era viziato da un errore classificato al catasto "riserva 3".
Il notaio ha proceduto con l'atto nonostante l'avessi fatto notare.
Successivamente sono tornato e sia lui che la sua assistente hanno sottolineato che avevo firmato e che la mia osservazione è stata fatto dopo la firma. Ho chiesto di rimediare all'atto secondo quanto disposto dalla legge 122 30 luglio 2010.
La risposta è stata " lei ha firmato l'atto e dopo ci ha informato che c'era la riserva".
Quindi quanto prescritto dalla legge non serve.
Ho dovuto incaricare un legale .
Chissà cosa succederà.
