Il notaio Morello si è dimostrato il più parco: esistono ancora rari notai che si attengono alle tariffe professionali previste dall'Ordine. Quando mi hanno detto la cifra ero quasi incredulo. Per la procura ho pagato SOLAMENTE 50€ (compresi 16€ di bolli!). Per inciso, gli altri tre studi interpellati mi avevano prospettato tariffe da 100€ a 150€! Lo studio è un po' fané... ma se si guarda alla sostanza e non all'apparenza, mi spendo in prima persona per CONSIGLIARLO a TUTTI. Andrò sicuramente da lui per il rogito della mia nuova abitazione. vintage As I needed a power of attorney to sell a car, I contacted several notary offices to compare the rates. I	Ivana Zuccoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato una stella perchè di meno non si può, ma avevo appuntamento oggi col Notaio presso la RSA in cui si trova adesso mio papà (dovevo fare procura generale) alle 14.30. Dopo mezz'ora chiamo lo studio perchè il notaio non si era ancora visto e, dopo mille difficoltà (risultava sempre occupato oppure cadeva la linea), finalmente riesco a parlare con qualcuno che prima mi fa attendere una buona decina di minuti poi mi dice che il notaio aveva altro appuntamento alla stessa ora dall'altra parte della città. Non credevo alle mie orecchie, avevo preso questo impegno una ventina di giorni fa, ho richiamato l'altro ieri per accertarmi che tutto fosse a posto e per avere la conferma e oggi è saltato tutto. Poco rispetto per una persona anziana che ha gravi problemi di salute e che non può stare alzata più di tanto. Morale: ho atteso tra una cosa e l'altra più di un'ora poi mio papà ha voluto tornare in stanza per riposarsi e io sono andata via. Mi dispiace per il notaio che conosco personalmente da anni, non so di chi sia stato l'errore (o equivoco) nel dare due appuntamenti alla stessa ora agli opposti estremi della città, ma sono rimasta veramente delusa oltre che inferocita. Ho urgenza di questa procura ma mi rivolgerò ad altro notaio. I did not believe my ears, I had made this commitment about twenty days ago, I called back the day before yesterday to make sure that everything was okay and to have it confirmed and today everything was blown. Little respect for an elderly person who has serious health problems and who cannot stay up that much. Moral: I waited for more than an hour between one thing and the other, then my dad wanted to go back to the room to rest and I left. I'm sorry for the notary I've known personally for years, I don't know whose mistake (or misunderstanding) was in making two appointments at the same time at the opposite ends of the city, but I was really disappointed as well as angry. I urgently need this power of attorney but I will contact another notary.
