E' il secondo piumone che acquisto perciò conosco bene l'azienda, servizio clienti molto buono, ho lasciato sul sito una richiesta di contatti, sono stata chiamata da Andrea(che ringrazio) dopo 10 minuti! inoltre sono stati molto gentili e disponibili nel gestire la vendita, spedizione veloce in 2 gg lavorativi. Meglio di così...non si può! In sostituzione di un vecchio piumone di onorato servizio ho contattato Nordpiumini per un nuovo piumino adatto a letto extra misura, avuti i consigli necessari ho ordinato un prodotto in piuma con imbottitura EXCELLENT. Dopo lunga attesa l'ordine è arrivato rispondente a quanto richiesto. Devo dire che il prezzo, non irrilevante, è giustificato dalla qualità del prodotto e dalla sua ottima prestazione, il calore che assicura è sincero fisiologicamente adatto, vedo nel contempo un risparmio energetico in termini di minor riscaldamento della stanza da letto. Mi sono sempre trovata bene .Il signor Andrea è sempre moto gentile e disponibile Le sue collaboratrici molto competenti. Una volta insicura nell'acquisto di due guanciali di piuma ho telefonato chiedendo aiuto, spiegando che tipo di guanciale mi servisse. Su loro consiglio l'acquisto è stato ottimo.
