Nota di merito i camerieri veramente gentilissimi, in particolare la ragazza che sebbene fosse solo su prenotazione ci ha portato lo stesso un assaggio del buonissimo sushi di carne. Leggermente caro per essere un agriturismo. Materia di primissima qualità a km zero come salumi, formaggi, carne fassona, pietanze della tradizione piemontese preparate sapientemente, vino superlativo. Location molto ariosa e spaziosa perfetto per pranzo in famiglia o di coppia. I had already been there before the pandemic and I must say that it has reaffirmed my expectations. La location di cascina Veleggia è molto bella internamente, ma non è immersa nella natura. Se devo fare un appunto le portate sono uscite un po' in disordine non permettendo di mangiare al tavolo contemporaneamente...per il resto tutto molto buono e di qualità. Genuine and zero km cuisine. Senza fronzoli la location, l'azienda e il cibo. Sapori schietti, da casa. Carne cruda condita olio, sale, caprino fresco dal loro latte, tajarin al ragù con loro carni, i piatti che ho preferito. Ottima barbera (linea "superiore") e anche il grignolino molto piacevole. Vino dell'azienda, spillato al momento direttamente dai tini in alluminio. L'esperienza ci ha convinti. Utile avere anche il punto vendita. Tutti i formaggi sono a latte crudo di capra.
