Pulita, attrezzata, ci sono 4 spazi: 2 al piano terra uno con attrezzi per il cardio e sala attrezzi, un soppalco abbastanza alto per gli addominali e un primo piano con una sala libera dove ci fanno anche corsi. Tutto ciò a prezzi decenti e mettono spesso offerte soprattutto per i nuovi iscritti. I proprietari sono gentili e preparati e se per qualche volta ti dimentichi il pass non è un problema. Small gym but everything is there! Clean, equipped, there are 4 spaces: 2 on the ground floor, one with cardio equipment and an exercise room, a mezzanine high enough for the abdominals and a first floor with a free room where there are also courses. All this at decent prices and they often place offers especially for new subscribers. The owners are kind and knowledgeable and if you forget your pass for a few times it's not a problem.

Sinceramente dopo anni passati a frequentare palestre molto più blasonate, mi sono imbattuta in questa palestra e ho riscoperto cosa vuol dire allenarsi davvero, con istruttori attenti, presenti e pronti a dare sempre ottimi consigli. Altro aspetto fondamentale, soprattutto in questo periodo di COVID, non vi troverete mai in situazioni di sovraffollamento, potrete allenarvi in tranquillità e sicurezza. Consigliatissima. Medium sized gym, well equipped, spotless. Spacious, clean and tidy changing rooms. The staff are welcoming, helpful and super knowledgeable. Honestly, after years of attending much more famous gyms, I came across this gym and I rediscovered what it means to really train, with attentive instructors, present and always ready to give excellent advice. Another fundamental aspect, especially in this period of COVID, you will never find yourself in overcrowded situations, you can train in peace and safety. Highly recommended.
