The studio is very nice, the teachers excellent. Recommended both for those unfamiliar with the Iyengar method and for those who practice it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato il centro per chiedere di fare una prova per capire se mi piace il tipo di Yoga che fanno, visto che si tratta di un attività in cui il modo e l'ambiente in cui viene svolto è fondamentale.
mi hanno risposto con presupponenza che non fanno fare prove, solo iscrizione di almeno un mese + tessere iscrizione, sembra il loro yoga sia l'unico vero che si fa a Firenze e non c'è bisogno di prove, gli altri tutti ciarlatani...
Francamente lo yoga dovrebbe essere anche un ambiente aperto e accogliente, mi aspetto un atteggiamento di apertura, non di essere trattata come una scoccona che vuole approfittare della prova gratuita, io volevo solo capire se quello yoga e quell'ambiente fa per me...evidentemente NO!
I called the center to ask to do a test to see if I like the type of Yoga they do, since it is an activity in which the way and the environment in which it is carried out is fundamental.
they replied with assumption that they do not do tests, only registration for at least a month + registration cards, it seems their yoga is the only real one that is done in Florence and there is no need for tests, the others all charlatans .. .
Frankly, yoga should also be an open and welcoming environment, I expect an attitude of openness, not to be treated like a bitch who wants to take advantage of the free trial, I just wanted to understand if that yoga and that environment is for me ... obviously NO!
