Una volta contattati per segnalare un problema con il mio, hanno subito proceduto a fare alcuni check direttamente al telefono con me in modo da farmi risparmiare l'intervento se necessario (prima volta che una ditta pensa prima all'assistenza che al guadagno) una volta verificato che il danno era reale, sono intervenuti in sole 48h uscendo già con i pezzi di ricambi adatti. Risultato? intervento rapido e costi di gestione e intervento onesti. sicuramente consigliata e semmai si fermerà un altra volta il cancello (vista anche l'età di oramai 15 anni) mi rivolgerò sicuramente a loro. Bravi!!! Never seen such assistance: the gate at home is an indispensable convenience but like many things you only notice it when you lose it. Once contacted to report a problem with mine, they immediately proceeded to make some checks directly on the phone with me in order to save me the intervention if necessary (first time that a company thinks first of assistance than of earnings) once verified that the damage was real, they intervened in just 48h and went out with suitable spare parts. Result? fast intervention and honest management and intervention costs. definitely recommended and if anything the gate will stop again (also considering the age of now 15) I will certainly turn to them. Well done !!!

Questo non è capitato con questa realtà in cui mi sono interfacciato. Già dalle fasi di preventivazioni per il prodotto ( una porta rapida in alluminio da installare presso lo stabilimento di un cliente) ho visto la grande attenzione e disponibilità nel discutere i dettagli. La cosa che più mi ha sorpreso però è stata la disponibilità e la professionalità del reparto commerciale. Alle continue indecisioni e modifiche del mio cliente, un addetto mi ha dato direttamente appuntamento dal cliente per discutere del prodotto ed accompagnarlo direttamente alla scelta del giusto prodotto per le sue esigenze. Ora che la porta è installata non posso che dirmi estremamente soddisfatto della scelta effettuata I am a professional electrician and I have always been used to "fighting" to get assistance on the products to be installed. This has not happened with this reality in which I have interfaced. Already from the phases of estimates for the product (a rapid aluminum door to be installed at a customer's factory) I saw the great attention and availability in discussing the details. The thing that surprised me the most was the availability and professionalism of the sales department. To the continuous indecisions and changes of my client, an employee gave me an appointment directly from the client to discuss the product and accompany him directly to the choice of the right product for his needs. Now that the door is installed I can only say that I am extremely satisfied with the choice made

I tecnici estremamente professionali sono intervenuti in pochissimo tempo e hanno risolto il problema in fase di prima uscita. Ottimo servizio!!! Per ora pessima esperienza. I've been waiting for two weeks now for a simple intervention on an overhead sectional door, and I still don't know anything about how they intend to organize themselves. Bad experience for now.
