Per l'ultimo intervento alla mia effettuato presso il punto di guidonia faccio i miei complimenti al meccanico Claudio che con pazienza e professionalità ha sistemato un guaio creato dal gommista precedente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato per un preventivo mi danno informazioni prezzo finito di tutto ma le gomme nn erano disponibili..richiamo dopo poco tempo come mi era stato detto..e..le gomme nn sarebbero piu arrivate allora gli chiedo altre gomme di pari importo che era di 240 euro finite con montaggio e tutto il sig.Simone mi invia preventivo di euro 393..?gli dico di no ..allora esce fuori che quelle che volevo le poteva far arrivare dall altra filiale...ma udite udite il prezzo era lievitato di 30 euro..e sapete per cosa???la CONVERGENZA..assolutamente scorretti nn tutte le donne sono ignoranti in materia o magari nn si informano che la CONVERGENZA SU gomme nuove nn si fa!! Scorretti!! E cmq grazie perche cosi facendo ho svoperto un gommista bravo conveniente ed efficiente!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato online la batteria per la mia auto indicandone la targa e prenotando anche il relativo montaggio al prezzo fisso indicato sul sito (9,95€). Dopo aver ricevuto la mail di conferma, vengo contattato telefonicamente da un addetto il quale mi riferisce che per il mio modello di auto, che comunque era stato ottenuto dalla targa in fase di ordine, il prezzo del montaggio sarebbe lievitato fino a 50€. Oltre ciò mi comunica che non possono rispettare l'orario dell'appuntamento a causa di altri lavori senza darmi un orario certo sulla consegna della macchina. Faccio presente comunque che mi sono cambiato la batteria da solo senza aiuti da parte loro in un tempo di circa 15 minuti. Mi domando quindi qual è la loro tariffa oraria, quando tipicamente è 60€/h. A buon intenditor...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato e montato le gomme invernali, attratto dai prezzi online.
Fin qui, tutto ok.
In occasione del cambio alle estive, presso un gommista vicino casa - piccolo artigiano, durante il montaggio sono stato convocato dal gommista che - stupito, mi ha fatto vedere che :
a - i bulloni erano stati serrati eccessivamente, con la pistola pneu e non con la chiave dinamometrica. Questo ha mi ha fatto rischiare che:
1. in caso di sostituzione di una delle gomme; sarebbe stato impossibile svitarli per strada con la chiave in dotazione;
2. Spaccare i bulloni per smontare le ruote.
b - cosa ancora più allucinante, ai cerchi, per equilibrarli, sono stati aggiunti i contrappesi a quelli vecchi e non rimossi e sostituiti. Risultato, c'era una collezione di contrappesi che sembrava un album Panini - vista con i miei occhi.
Montaggio costato un salasso, compreso di gonfiaggio con azoto non richiesto (ma è stata colpa mia che non ho letto bene il preventivo) con questi risultati.
Conclusione? Acquisterò le gomme online e mi rivolgerò ai piccoli artigiani per il montaggio, che hanno tutto l'interesse a lavorare bene.
Per il resto, servizio al banco ben organizzato e negozio molto assortito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente professionali e competenti ma soprattutto PUNTUALI! Sono stato presso la loro officina sia per foratura che cambio gomme ed ogni volta soddisfattissimo sia del servizio e sia dei prezzi offerti, molto competitivi e soprattutto alla porta di tutti. Li consiglio vivamente.
Really professional and competent but above all PUNCTUAL! I was at their workshop for both punctures and tire changes and every time I was very satisfied with both the service and the prices offered, very competitive and above all at everyone's door. I highly recommend them.
