★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è capitato un addetto che di un decoder non mi ha saputo spiegare nulla solo leggere le caratteristiche sulla confezione.. Potevo farlo da solo.
 It happened to me an employee who could not explain anything to me about a decoder just read the characteristics on the package .. I could do it myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Ho acquistato un mouse Apple ma solo dopo averlo scartato mi sono resa conto che non era ciò di cui avessi bisogno. Lo riporto in negozio il giorno dopo e non lo riprendono dicendo che ho aperto la scatolina. Esiste il diritto di recesso di cui mi dicono non posso avvalermi, vedremo.
Bad. I bought an Apple mouse but only after I unwrapped it did I realize it was not what I needed. I take it back to the shop the next day and they don't take it back saying I opened the box. There is the right of withdrawal which they tell me I can not use, we'll see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale reparto TV è molto scadente ..chiedi informazioni x avere dei dettagli e rispondono a malapena ,quindi come nel mio caso non essendo un esperto della qualità TV non so la differenza tra esse e quindi mi sono rivolta ad altri centri ...e non è la prima volta ...
The TV department staff is very poor ... ask for information for details and they barely answer, so as in my case, not being an expert on TV quality, I don't know the difference between them and so I turned to other centers ... and it's not the first time ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Della tv fortunatamente scartata a casa sono contenta ma come un po’ tutti i negozi di questo settore, il personale non essendo il proprietario, è indolente e pigro. Entrata qua dentro mi hanno fatto aspettare un’ora per farmi prendere una tv che avevo già scelto, dovevano solo prenderla in magazzino, cmq dopo implorazioni varie, un impiegato di buon cuore ci ha preso lo scatolone in magazzino.
Gli Impiegati nonostante fossero liberi scappavano negandoci aiuto poiché “non era il settore a loro assegnato”: se non sei uno scansafatiche, ti occupi lo stesso dei clienti, anche se non è la tua zona, dal momento che sei senza fare niente a sbadigliare!
Aggiungo anche che ho posto un’unica domanda all’addetto alle televisioni che mi ha dato una risposta sbagliata tant’è che ho fatto prima a cercare su google e trovarmi da sola la risposta. Siete davvero inutili. Se ci fosse la cassa automatica o il rullo meccanico faremmo tutto senza di voi. Ma il lavoro giustamente e’ vitale. Quindi armatevi di pazienza. O comprate online.
Fortunately, I am happy with the TV discarded at home, but like all the shops in this sector, the staff, not being the owner, are indolent and lazy. When I got in here they made me wait an hour to get me a TV that I had already chosen, they just had to get it from the warehouse, cmq after various pleas, a good-hearted employee took the box from the warehouse.
The Employees, despite being free, ran away denying us help because "it was not the sector assigned to them": if you are not a slacker, you take care of the customers the same, even if it is not your area, since you are doing nothing to yawn!
I also add that I asked a single question to the television attendant who gave me the wrong answer, so much so that I first went to google and find the answer myself. You are really useless. If there was an automatic cash machine or a mechanical roller, we would do everything without you. But work is rightly vital. So arm yourself with patience. Or buy online.

Dai piccoli elettrodomestici ai televisori giganti, passando per frigoriferi, stufe, piani cottura, hi-fi e centinaia di altri prodotti. Prezzi ottimi, personale professionale e molto disponibile. Ci torno spesso.
Located in the Tiburtino Shopping Center in Guidonia M. Extremely large and well-stocked shop. From small appliances to giant televisions, passing through refrigerators, stoves, hobs, hi-fi and hundreds of other products. Great prices, professional and very helpful staff. I go back often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco seri. Ho ordinato un forno il 12 dicembre e sono ancora in attesa della consegna. Dopo che ho fatto vari solleciti mi avevano assicurato che avrebbero chiamato per consegnare entro il 5 febbraio, ancora sto aspettando la chiamata. Inoltre non rispondono alle mail e ci sono lunghe attese per parlare al telefono.Molto scorretti con i clienti!!
Not serious. I ordered an oven on December 12th and I am still awaiting delivery. After I made several reminders they assured me they would call to deliver by February 5th, I'm still waiting for the call. They also don't reply to emails and there are long waits to talk on the phone. Very unfair with customers !!
