★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non solo dolci senza glutine ma anche paccheri, fettuccine, pasta ripiena....Finalmente dei prodotti che reggono la cottura, lontani anni luce dalla piatta uniformità di gusto dei cibi industriali per celiaci. Da apprezzare inoltre la scelta di preferire farine naturalmente senza glutine a farine ed amidi deglutinati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dolci buoni ma prezzi alti. Come sempre in italia il senza glutine e considerato un elite. Ho vissuto anni in Inghilterra e le pietanze per i celiaci hanno lo stesso prezzo di quelli normali.
Good desserts but high prices. As always in Italy, gluten-free is considered an elite. I lived for years in England and dishes for celiacs have the same price as normal ones.

The red puff pastry pizzas, the ugly and good ones, the ravioli with cacio e pepe are excellent. We also got the giant cookies, crumbly and light even after 2 days. At the next opportunity we will taste the rest! Staff very kind!
