Sono stato un cliente del negozio, ho acquistato presso Non solo sport vari oggetti. Nel mese di giugno ho avuto un problema con un paio di pantaloni everlast appena acquistati, ho quindi riportato i pantaloni in negozio insieme allo scontrino dopo circa una settimana dall'acquisto. La commessa ha riconosciuto il problema e si è impegnata a farmeli sostituire nel minor tempo possibile. A distanza di un mese non essendo stato ricontattato chiamo il negozio svariate volte e alla fine mi sento rispondere che non possono sistutuirlo. Se non si poteva sostituire perchè mi è stato detto di sì? Per quale motivo non è possibile sostituire un pantalone acquistato poco giorni prima sulla quale è presente in difetto di tessuto riconosciuto anche in negozio? Suggerisco di acquistare su internet come ho fatto in seguito io, il venditore cambia immediatamente l'articolo senza fare alcuna domanda e senza pagare costi di spedizione. In definitiva il negozio presenta molti articoli alcuni anche interessanti ma sono davvero poco seri e professionali. Scosigliato. In June I had a problem with a pair of everlast pants I just bought, so I returned the pants to the store together with the receipt about a week after the purchase. The order acknowledged the problem and undertook to have them replaced as quickly as possible. A month later, not having been contacted, I call the shop several times and in the end I feel that I cannot answer it. If you couldn't replace it because I was told yes? Why is it not possible to replace a pair of trousers purchased a few days before which is present in a fabric defect also recognized in the store? I suggest buying on the internet as I did later, the seller immediately changes the item without asking any questions and without paying shipping costs. Ultimately the store has many interesting and some very interesting articles, but they are really not serious and professional. Scosigliato.
