A	Adriano Mundo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pezzo di giunzione del cambio posteriore, €25, chiedo solo il pezzo, e mi dicono di portare la bicicletta perchè pezzo complesso da rimontare e mi avrebbero regolato la bici con SOLO 10€ aggiuntivi. Al ritiro della bici il prezzo diventa 50€, chiedo spiegazioni, spiegazioni strane, pago e vado via. Di certo al prossimo problema per la bici non ritornerò qui. Salvatore persona squisita e Orlando non solo un meccanico ma un appassionato e preparato sa sempre darti il consiglio giusto.. Al ritiro ho trovato anche un omaggio un bellissimo ciclocomputer. Grazie di cuore quando sono entrato mi aspettavo di acquistare una buona bici ad un prezzo onesto sono uscito con un top ad un prezzo ancora migliore. Consiglio: scrivere voi stessi l'elenco dei lavori, firmare, porre un budget oltre il quale devono chiedervi il permesso per intervenire. Beware, dishonest people: they perform unsolicited work without notifying by phone. Tip: write the list of jobs yourself, sign, set a budget beyond which they must ask your permission to intervene.

Alla restituzione della bici ha chiesto un compenso (50€) maggiore del preventivo (30€) motivando la cosa con lavori non richiesti ("guardi come l'ho pulita bene") o che io avevo chiesto di fare compresi nel preventivo (regolazione dei freni) visto che mi aveva fatto un conto troppo salato (considerando che mi doveva cambiare la camera d'aria posteriore ed il copertone che SECONDO LUI era troppo usurato). Peccato non aver letto prima le recensioni perché mi sono accorta che il suo modo di fare è un "vizietto" cronico..... Expensive and dishonest. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before because I realized that his way of doing things is a chronic "vice" .....

A	Alessandro Marino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso Nonsolobici per sostituire una camera d'aria e le guaine del freno posteriore. Lascio la bici in negozio e torno un paio di giorni dopo a ritirarla. Al momento del ritiro noto subito che la ruota posteriore risulta "frenata": in pratica non gira bene e occorre fare molta fatica per pedalare. Lo faccio notare al titolare che dice:"è tutto a posto, non c'è nessun probelma alla ruota", io allora glielo faccio notare una seconda volta e il titolare prova a difendersi con "la bici aveva questo problema prima che me la portassi", io lo rassicuro dicendogli che la bici la utilizzo tutti i giorni e sono sicuro che il problema non c'era assolutamente prima di portarla al suo negozio. Da qui inizia uno spettacolo INDECORSO da parte del titolare che pronuncia le seguenti frasi "se comprate bici usate alla cavolo cosa vi lamentate?" (la mia è nuova comprata 5 mesi fa), "Cosa ti aspetti da bici di bassa qualità che hai comprato" (bici pagata 350 euro nuova in un noto negozio di articoli sportivi) e per concludere in bellezza se ne esce con la seguente frase:"CON TUTTI I MORTI DI COVID19 CHE CI SONO, STAI QUA A PENSARE AD UNA RUOTA?" In prartica, secondo il titolare, anche se i lavori richiesti sulla mia bici sono stati eseguiti male, me li devo tenere perché c'è gente che muore di covid in italia. Non ho mai assistito a tanta maleducazione ed arroganza da parte di un negoziante in vita mia. Non ho mai messo recensioni negative, ma in questo caso è doveroso farlo. Se mi avessero sistemato il problema senza fare lo SHOW, sarei pure tornato in futuro, ma dopo questi avvenimenti non ci tornerò MAI PIÙ. From here begins a show INDECORSO by the owner who pronounces the following sentences "if you buy used bikes what are you complaining about?" (mine is new bought 5 months ago), "What do you expect from the low quality bike you bought" (bike paid for 350 euros new in a well-known sports shop) and to conclude with a flourish it comes out with the following sentence : "WITH ALL THE COVID19 DEADS THAT ARE THERE, ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT A WHEEL?" In prartica, according to the owner, even if the work requested on my bike was badly done, I have to keep them because there are people who are dying of covid in Italy. I have never seen such rudeness and arrogance from a shopkeeper in my life. I have never posted negative reviews, but in this case it is a must. If they had fixed the problem without doing the SHOW, I would also have come back in the future, but after these events I will NEVER go back.
