★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAI RICEVUTO UN TRATTAMENTO DEL GENERE, la mia ragazza ha chiesto una semplice riparazione con urgenza perche necessitava la bici per il sabato mattina, dicendo che nel caso non fosse stato possibile, sarebbe andata altrove per via dell urgenza. Questo "signore" non solo era irreperibile fino al primo pomeriggio di sabato, ma sembrava le avesse fatto un favore.... nessuna scusa per il ritardo, anzi ha preso a male parole la mia ragazza che stava semplicemente facendo notare la poca professionalità viste le premesse richieste!!!
risultato, il "signore" ha sostanzialmente cacciato la mia ragazza fuori dicendo che i propri problemi erano piu grandi dei suoi..??? io credo che dovrebbe 1 vergognarsi 2 cambiare mestiere, incompetente maleducato!!!!!
NEVER RECEIVED A TREATMENT OF THE KIND, my girlfriend asked for a simple repair urgently because she needed the bike for Saturday morning, saying that if it was not possible, she would have gone elsewhere because of the urgency. This "gentleman" was not only unavailable until the early afternoon of Saturday, but he seemed to have done her a favor .... no excuse for the delay, on the contrary he took my girl wrong, who was simply pointing out the unprofessional views the required premises !!!
result, the "gentleman" basically kicked my girlfriend out saying his problems were bigger than his .. ??? I believe he should 1 be ashamed 2 change profession, incompetent rude !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una persona va in un negozio, e non da un dilettante, per la professionalità... Io capisco che gli imprevisti possano giustamente capitare ad un imprenditore, però serve la grande dote di saper chiedere scusa.
Invece in questo negozio manca completamente il rispetto verso la clientela visto che sono stata decisamente sbattuta fuori, e con questo mi viene da dire che manca anche la professionalità.
A person goes to a shop, and not to an amateur, for professionalism ... I understand that the unexpected can rightly happen to an entrepreneur, but the great gift of being able to apologize is needed.
In this shop, however, respect for customers is completely lacking since I was definitely thrown out, and with this I am told that professionalism is also lacking.
