D	Dafne Bragaglio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho eseguito l'ordine tramite un assistenza esterna i primi di febbraio x il 14.02 (s.valentino).Il 14 mattina chiamo x avere certezza della spedizione,senza chiedermi nemmeno il nome mi viene risposta che è stato spedito tutto di aspettare il corriere.Alle 14 ancora niente..richiamo mi viene detto che sarei stata ricontattata..alla fine mi scrive il proprietario dicendo che ci sono stati grossi problemi con l'assistenza esterna si scusa ma il mio ordine non è stato nemmeno inoltrato..di sua spontanea volontà decide di inviarmi l'ordine a gratis..dico che capisco l'inconveniente e accetto gentilmente..il 19.02 non avendo avuto ancora niente riscrivo..chiedendomi come mai avendo scritto sul sito 24/48h le spedizioni..mi risponde che il pacco sarebbe stato spedito il giorno stesso (venerdi 19)..essendoci in mezzo il week end non sarebbe arrivato prima di lunedi. E quando finalmente è arrivato (lun 21) le torte erano segnate e rovinate e i gusti non erano quelli richiesti. Mi spiace ma non mi sono trovata bene. Il prodotto arriva questa volta intatto e nei tempi previsti, peccato che per Pasqua assaggiamo questo splendido prodotto da forno: sapore indefinito, colore simile al plutonio, crema e copertura (che teoricamente dovevano essere al pistacchio) che sapevano di burro acido. A questo punto guardiamo l’etichetta e ci rendiamo conto che la colomba era scaduta ben due giorni prima della Pasqua! Al di là dell’ennesima fregatura, chiedo ai proprietari del forno: ma siete del mestiere??? Com’è possibile che un prodotto Pasquale scada prima del giorno di Pasqua???? Mai più!!!!
