Solo x aver chiesto una bustina (avevo acquistato un regalo) e togliere il prezzo dal mio acquisto, la ragazza in malo modo mi risponde, davanti a tutti.
.....Si dice che il cliente ha sempre ragione....nn esigo questo ma nemmeno una commessa maleducata....
Credo che essere gentili, al contatto con il pubblico sia il minimo!!!
Tutte le persone che lavorano con i clienti, comportandosi in modo maleducato, mi viene da pensare che li allontanano, così facendo!
IN finale voglio fare i miei "complimenti" a questa commessa, forse se maleducata con i clienti, lo è ancor di più in famiglia e con le persone anziane...

Greatest rude, blackberry at checkout girl (the younger of the two orders).
Only after asking for a bag (I had bought a gift) and taking the price off my purchase, the girl replied in the wrong way, in front of everyone.
..... It is said that the customer is always right .... nn but I demand that even a committed rude ....
I think being kind to the public is the minimum !!!
All the people who work with clients, behaving in a rude way, make me think that they push them away, doing so!
IN the final I want to make my "congratulations" to this contract, perhaps if rude to the customers, it is even more so in the family and with the elderly ...
