★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotare con loro è un vero problema. Non rispondono al telefono, inviati documenti richiesti su WhatsApp non danno risposta su disponibilità. Non credo sia un buon servizio se si vuole mantenere un'attività del genere.
Booking with them is a real problem. They do not answer the phone, sent documents requested on WhatsApp do not give an answer on availability. I don't think it's good service if you want to keep a business like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persona poco professionale. Dopo aver dato appuntamento telefonico per confermare la prenotazione di due gommoni il gestore non ha più risposto alle chiamate per due giorni. Solo utilizzando un altro numero siamo riusciti a farci richiamare, a quel punto ci spiega che i gommoni non sono più disponibili per il mancato invio dei documenti via Whatsapp. Peccato che questa condizione non ci fosse stata comunicata, anzi c’era stato detto di aspettare prima la conferma della presenza dei gommoni.
Finale della favola: niente gita in gommone. Peccato, sarà per un’altra volta (non con lui!).

Only by using another number we were able to get ourselves recalled, at which point he explains that the rafts are no longer available for the failure to send documents via Whatsapp. Too bad that this condition had not been communicated to us, indeed we had been told to wait for confirmation of the presence of the rafts first.

Barca prenotata circa 15 gg prima, il proprietario del noleggio mi chiede I documenti per prepare il contratto, fin qui tutto regolare. Il giorno prima della partenza lo chiamo per accordarci su l'orario, ma niente lui si nega; dopo tanti tentative decide di chiamarlo con un'altro numero, nessuna risposta.. ma... dopp neanche 2 minuti richiama, rispondo, sentecla mia voce e mette giù.
L'indomani mattina mi manca un sms dicendomi che aveva appena visto il mio messaggio. Ma vattene a f....

Boat booked about 15 days before, the rental owner asks me for the documents to prepare the contract, so far completely regular.
