Abbiamo preso l'attrezzatura tutta la settimana con bello sconto grazie all'hotel e poi siamo ritornati un'altro giorno, agganciando lo stesso sconto. Buona attrezzatura, ben preparata e in ordine. Sono in grado di procurare supporto anche a chi ha bisogno di aiuto con le proprie attrezzature senza voler noleggiare, il che gli fa decisamente onore. Consigliatissimi. Danno la priorità ai nuovi clienti rispetto a chi è già dentro in attesa (per esempio del cambio scarpone o di registrare gli attacchi degli sci). Una ragazza lentissima con un'anda da addormentata, l'altro che ha speso 5 minuti a spiegare a una cliente come indossare il casco....... Slow and disorganized. Abbasso la media stelle perché avevo prenotato online anche il deposito e non me l hanno riconosciuto perche citazione ''il sito non lo gestiamo noi' , l'extra in più è stato pochi euro. Avevo prenotato in un altro punto della catena, ma quel giorno era chiuso per mancanza di neve, scoperto solo leggendo un foglio sulla porta del punto chiuso in cui indicava di dirigersi in un altro punto a pochi km, un preavviso per mail o altro non sarebbe dispiaciuto. Personale sicuramente operativo e competente, ma la gran mole di lavoro e di clientela da soddisfare influenza l'umore negativamente.
