Rental at lake molveno E bike of low level very low I book delivery at 9 but pick up only at 9.30 I book an L but it is not available I accept an M not even a repair kit is provided poor service for the price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo!!! Totalmente inaffidabile ho prenotato alle 9.00 di mattina appena aperto dando anche l’orario di ritiro, quando sono arrivata.... aveva dato via le bici!!! La scusa e’ stata... avevo un’altra prenotazione.... si come no alle 9 di mattina???? E poi con il computer non risultava??? Ho dato anche il numero di telefono, eventualmente si avvisa non si fa venire apposta la gente....
NON ANDATE assolutamente, veramente poco serio, oltretutto bici vecchie e sporche.
Terrible !!! Totally unreliable, I booked at 9.00 in the morning as soon as it opened, also giving the pick-up time, when I arrived .... he had given away the bikes !!! The excuse was ... I had another reservation .... yes, of course at 9 in the morning ???? And then with the computer it was not ??? I also gave the phone number, possibly warn people do not come on purpose ....
DON'T GO absolutely, really not serious, plus old and dirty bikes.
