Abbiamo chiesto se era possibile riservare una barca perché erano già tutte occupate ed in modo molto scortese ci ha detto di no. Tornati qualche minuto dopo, vedendo che alcune imbarcazioni stavano rientrando, abbiamo scoperto che della clientela aveva riservato le barche. Dopo aver fatto notare l’accaduto ci ha risposto in modo ancora più maleducato inventando scuse assurde. Non lo consiglio a nessuno. Very rude and unfair staff. Sono fortunati di essere gli unici sul lago. Nice experience with the electric pedal boat, but really listless and annoyed staff if you ask for two indications on the functioning of the boats. They are lucky to be the only ones on the lake.

Fare la fila e non poter usufruire se non per quello che è disponibile al momento ...cioè se si vuole un pedalò elettrico e non c'è rifai la fila.....e se ti dice bene lo trovi ...assurdo.. (abbiamo solo perseverato perché i bambini avevano un gran desiderio)Ma il top è prendere il pedalò dopo una bella fila e piove dopo due minuti quindi zero giro e non vi è stata possibilità di essere rimborsati di ben 25€..e quindi persi soldi ci dice venite domani ..ma noi non possiamo dobbiamo ripartire ...scortesissimo ...zero disponibilità ...mi trovo concorde con tutti le altre recensioni..tenetevi i soldini non meritano I can't put zero stars ... but that's what it takes ... Al rientro si giustifica "a quest'ora le batteria sono scariche". Rientriamo 15 minuti prima. Niente rimborso né sconto. Ci dice "al massimo vi posso dare una mazza da mini golf per 10 minuti!!!". Halfway through the trip the boat goes off continuously. We call assistance and he answers "if you come back alone it is better". On his return he justifies "at this time the batteries are flat". We return 15 minutes earlier. No refunds or discounts. He tells us "at most I can give you a mini golf club for 10 minutes !!!".

Ti danno un braccialetto che evidentemente non allaccia bene perso in un attimo si scopre che non è nemmeno galleggiante morale 10 euro di cauzione persa... ma perché che me ne faccio del braccialetto ti ho reso canoa pagaie e giubbotti come me li hai consegnati e devo darti 10 euro per un braccialetto di m...da. Forse ente turismo Molveno dovrebbe controllare meglio questi truffaldini. Lovely place not so much can be said about the staff who manage the canoe rentals. Come segnalato in altre recensioni il personale non è dei migliori e non si addice ad un luogo come Molveno ed il Trentino in generale. Per lo più il personale è disinteressato dagli utenti che usufruiscono delle imbarcazioni, non troppo empatico o disponibile e se possono ti ignorano totalmente. Sicuramente è un esperienza da fare a Molveno, ma purtroppo la gestione è davvero inadeguata. Nice experience with boat tour of the lake. As reported in other reviews, the staff is not the best and is not suited to a place like Molveno and Trentino in general. Mostly the staff is disinterested in the users who use the boats, not too empathetic or helpful and if they can they totally ignore you. Surely it is an experience to do in Molveno, but unfortunately the management is really inadequate.

Avrei preferito qualche spiegazione in più sul funzionamento, che anche se semplice richiede qualche accortezza. Invece abbiamo ricevuto pochissime istruzioni e abbiamo avuto qualche problemino al ritorno quando la corrente ci portava dove voleva lei... In tutta la zona si è abituati a personale più disponibile e accogliente. With my family we went around the lake using electric pedal boats. Beautiful experience. I would have preferred some more explanations on how it works, which even if simple requires some care.
