Io e i meii amici (11 in tutto) abbiamo prenotato due gommoni con una settiamna e mezzo di anticipo e abbiamo pagato immediatamente i 100€ di caparra. Il giorno stesso del noleggio ci chiama il signor Balboni dicendo che uno dei due gommoni è stato bucato e non sa se riesce a ripararlo in tempo. Gli diciamo di trovare subito una soluzione oppure di farsi trovare immediatamente coi nostri 100€ e lui replica dicendo che non li ha. Alla fine a fatica riusciamo ad obbligarlo ad andare al punto del ritrovo e ci ridà i nostri 100€. Esperienza terribile. Non noleggiate nulla di nulla da lui.
I don't put 0 stars just because you can't.
Me and my friends (11 in all) booked two rafts with a week and a half in advance and we immediately paid the € 100 deposit. On the day of the rental, Mr. Balboni calls us saying that one of the two rafts has been punctured and does not know if he can repair it in time. We tell him to find a solution immediately or to be found immediately with our € 100 and he replies by saying that he does not have them. In the end, with difficulty we manage to force him to go to the meeting point and he gives us back our € 100. Terrible experience. Do not rent anything of anything from him.
