Abbiamo prenotato due bici elettriche usufruendo del modulo online e ci siamo recati sul posto per il ritiro nella data indicata, ma ci siamo trovati nella totale assenza di personale e di educazione. Abbiamo subito un danno e non ci hanno nemmeno offerto una soluzione alternativa o altro. Sconsigliato
 Bad experience, bad service not at all effective. We booked two electric bikes using the online form and went to the site for pick-up on the date indicated, but we found ourselves in the total absence of staff and education. We suffered damage and they didn't even offer us an alternative or other solution. Not recommended

Un guasto meccanico può accadere a tutti ma la professionalità si vede da come un’ attività si impegna a risolvere un problema.
Siamo rimasti appiedati, non ci è stata fornita nessuna soluzione alternativa per proseguire il nostro programma intorno all’isola e neanche un passaggio per tornare all’hotel.
L’unica cosa che ci è stata offerta era un completo risarcimento che poi non abbiamo ricevuto.
Buona esperienza a tutti!

A mechanical problem can happened but the way a business tries to resolve it makes the difference.
We were stranded, left with no alternative solution to continue on our trip and when we asked how we could get back to the hotel we received no help whatsoever.
At least we were offered a complete refund which we’ve never received

A mechanical failure can happen to everyone but professionalism can be seen from how an activity is committed to solving a problem.
We were stranded, no alternative solution was provided for us to continue our program around the island and not even a ride back to the hotel.
The only thing we were offered was a complete compensation that we did not receive.
Good experience to all!
