Fortunatamente oggi 4 giugno,ho avuto la possibilità di parlare con un'operatrice seria e competente Arianna che è intervenuta effettuando un intervento risolutore. Ma le valigie non sono ancora arrivate a casa dopo 6 giorni dal rientro. Un incubo. Organizzazione e servizio pessimo. 5 giorni di telefonate per farmi recapitare le valigie e ...addio benefici termali.!!! Mai più. It was a journey to forget. Dirty old buses without services on board. From Milan to Ischia 12 hours. But the bags have not yet arrived home after 6 days of return. A nightmare. Bad organization and service. 5 days of phone calls to get my suitcases delivered and ... goodbye thermal benefits. !!! Never again.
N	Nicla Ferrara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno prima della partenza ho ricevuto una telefonata dalla receptionist che mi ha domandato dove fosse la strada del residence in cui avrei soggiornato perché loro non la conoscevano, gliel’ho dovuta spiegare io al telefono. È già l’inizio prometteva male. Arrivati ad Ischia, l’autista parlava al telefono mentre guidava. Il giorno prima del ritorno, la stessa receptionist mi chiama dicendo che l’autista non poteva risalire la stradina dell'accesso alla struttura perché stretta e , testuali parole “perché se si graffia la macchina poi come facciamo” al che chiedo di farci venire a prendere con due auto più piccole (eravamo in sette e mia madre 85enne non deambula bene) e con grandissima scortesia mi è stato risposto di no e che ci facessimo aiutare da qualcun altro a farci trovare giù alla strada principale. Ho dovuto quindi noleggiare un’altra auto per permettere a mia madre di arrivare al porto. Professionalità zero! Molto delusa! The day before the return, the same receptionist calls me saying that the driver could not go up the access road to the structure because it is narrow and, literally, "because if you scratch the car then how do we do it" to which I ask to let us come to take with two smaller cars (there were seven of us and my 85-year-old mother does not walk well) and with great rudeness I was told no and that we let someone else help us to find us down the main road. So I had to rent another car to allow my mother to get to the port. Zero professionalism! Very disappointed!
