Mio figlio in questo momento sta tornando da Bari per andare a Napoli ed il guidatore ha deciso liberamente di passare prima per Roma e poi andare a Napoli. Convinta di avere delle risposte ho chiamato in azienda ed il referente mi ha risposto che è del tutto normale che loro non pensavano fosse un problema , anzi era quasi incredulo ed infastidito del mio tono di voce e delle mie lamentele. Trovo tutto ASSURDO . Un vero peccato che un viaggio di piacere sia stato ROVINATO per delle persone così.
Good evening everyone . Less than one I could not give is this I am very sorry. My son is currently returning from Bari to go to Naples and the driver has freely decided to pass first through Rome and then go to Naples. Convinced of having some answers, I called the company and the contact person replied that it is completely normal that they did not think it was a problem, on the contrary he was almost incredulous and annoyed by my tone of voice and my complaints. I find it all ABSURD. A pity that a pleasure trip has been RUINED for such people.
