Abbiamo fatto con loro anche la gita intorno all’isola per l’intera giornata con pranzo a bordo. Consigliatissimo per cortesia e organizzazione. Menzione particolare per Rosa per professionalità e gentilezza Excellent service, courteous staff generous with advice for those like us who were in Ischia for the first time. Rented scooter, good price, new vehicle. We also did the whole day trip around the island with them with lunch on board. Highly recommended for courtesy and organization. D	Davide Giordano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità ZERO ho dovuto telefonare 3 volte e contattare su WhatsApp altre 3 essendo vago senza aver una risposta... mi telefonano dicendo che la prenotazione non è stata segnata solo 30 min prima della consegna prevista... e non si e degnato neanche di contattarmi lo dovuto contattare io x ennesima volta per dire ci vediamo verso le ore 10? Ma come solito visualizza e non risponde ai messaggi quando gli telefoni dice di contattare su WhatsApp secondo me così non e corretto o almeno poco preciso e professionale disorganizzato non saprei ...problemi loro ma io se lo devo consigliare non lo farò mai ci rischio una brutta figura ZERO professionalism I had to call 3 times and contact 3 more times on WhatsApp being vague without having an answer ... they call me saying that the reservation was not marked only 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery ... and did not even deign to contact me I had to contact him x umpteenth time to say see you around 10? But as usual it displays and does not respond to messages when the phones say to contact on WhatsApp in my opinion so it is not correct or at least not very precise and disorganized professional I do not know ... their problems but if I have to advise it I will never do it I risk one bad figure

Salvatore mi da ok telefonico e su Whastapp. Il giorno prima del noleggio già sul posto mi preoccupo di scrivergli per ulteriore conferma. Lui mi da ok indicandomi il luogo dove ritirare la barca e confermando l’orario. Mi presento sul posto il giorno dopo , non c’è.....lo chiamo insistentemente dopo un ora di attesa e mi risponde freddamente con un numero di telefono. Gli chiedo cosa fosse e lui mi risponde di rivolgermi a questo numero. Chiamo e mi risponde un altro noleggio barche che non c’entra nulla. La ragazza dall’altro capo è Katia ragazza davvero gentile e disponibile , la quale apprendendo l’accaduto e giustamente dicendomi che non c’entra nulla se non passaggio di info tra loro quando serve una barca a noleggio , si adopera nel cercarmi una barca altrove poiché lei ahimè non aveva nulla disponibile. Dalle informazioni prese sul posto , il sig Salvatore della Blu life è solito a questi comportamenti. Il fatto è che non capisco questo atteggiamento. Non si arricchisce di certo poiché non vi è pagamento anticipato , ma crea enormi disagi a chi sta lì per passare un giorno di relax. LO SCONSIGLIO FORTEMENTE e se al telefono vi dirà che ha disponibilità di barca e il prezzo sarà più basso degli altri , diffidate poiché resterete delusi e senza una barca. Booked a boat 5 days before my arrival. Mr. Salvatore gives me ok by phone and on Whastapp. The day before the rental, already on site, I take care to write to him for further confirmation. He gives me ok, indicating the place to pick up the boat and confirming the time. I show up on site the next day, he's not there ..... I call him insistently after an hour of waiting and he coldly answers me with a phone number. I ask him what it was and he replies to contact this number. I call and another boat rental answers me that has nothing to do with it. The girl on the other end is Katia, a really kind and helpful girl, who, learning what happened and rightly telling me that it has nothing to do except the passage of information between them when a rental boat is needed, she tries to find me a boat elsewhere since she alas had nothing available. From the information taken on the spot, Mr. Salvatore of Blu life is accustomed to these behaviors. The fact is, I don't understand this attitude. It certainly does not get rich since there is no advance payment, but it creates enormous inconvenience for those who are there to spend a relaxing day. I strongly advise against it and if on the phone he tells you that he has a boat available and the price will be lower than the others, be wary as you will be disappointed and without a boat.
