★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'assicurazione UNIPOL aveva noleggiato a mio nome una autovettura sostitutiva per 11 giorni. L'ho restituita dopo 6 giorni, ma a quanto pare la soc. Maggiore non ha variato la data di restituzione anticipata, tant'è che ad oggi, dopo piu' di un anno, mi sono arrivate notifiche per mancati pagamenti di pedaggio autostradale commessi da uno sconosciuto che ha avuto in uso il mezzo durante i rimanenti 5 giorni. Un mancato pagamento, da me saldato in buona fede, mi e' stato restituito nelle vie brevi dall'impiegato di Novara; ora me ne e' pervenuto un altro. Lo contesterò' notificando il fatto anche alla sede centrale, impossibile da raggiungere telefonicamente per chiarimenti verbali perche' il "dialogo" avviene con un risponditore automatico.
UNIPOL insurance had hired a replacement vehicle for 11 days in my name. I returned it after 6 days, but apparently the soc. Maggiore has not changed the date of early repayment, so much so that to date, after more than a year, I received notifications for missed motorway toll payments committed by a stranger who had used the vehicle during the remaining 5 days . A missed payment, which I paid in good faith, was returned to me by the Novara employee in the short ways; now another one has come to me. He will contest it by notifying the head office also, impossible to reach by telephone for verbal clarification because the "dialogue" takes place with an automatic responder.
