Prenotazione online per un trasloco. Due giorni prima del trasloco ricevo comunicazione che la prenotazione è cancellata. Al call center sostengono di avermene dato comunicazione due giorni prima, cosa che non trova sui miei dispositivi elettronici. Chiamo, non hanno intenzione di aiutarmi a risolvere il problema, né sulla mail in cui mi comunicavano che la prenotazione era cancellata c'era alcun accenno di scuse. Ciliegina sulla torta, nel momento in cui scrivo non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso. Spero che se ne occupino al più presto.
Online booking for a move. Two days before the move I receive notification that the reservation is canceled. At the call center, they claim to have notified me two days earlier, which I don't find on my electronic devices. I call, they have no intention of helping me to resolve the problem, nor was there any hint of apology on the email in which they informed me that the reservation was canceled. Riservo online una auto alla stazione dei treni di Trieste e al mio arrivo non trovo nulla , dopo varie ricerche e con l'aiuto di persone del posto , arrivo ad una porta anonima dove c'è solo un numero di telefono affisso su di un foglio a4 . Causa covid-19 hanno chiuso e spostato al molo 4 e questo l'ho saputo telefonando , mi dice che sono a 100 metri da li . La recezione telefonica seppure a Trieste si è rivelata abbastanza approssimativa , in realtà sono 500 metri , sgarbata e poco attenta alle esigenze dei clienti . Li trovo ,anche se sono appoggiati all'ufficio avis , inizia la richiesta dei documenti del caso e chiedo di pagare in contanti,porgo 2 banconote da 20€ ed una da 10€ , mi dice di attendere per il resto , trova e mi rende 1€ chiede la carta a garanzia del carburante e della vettura dicendomi che l'importo mi sarebbe stato stornato se tutto in regola . Ritiro la vettura lavata alla meno peggio, la utilizzo e la riconsegno il giorno successivo ,dopo essere stata controllata Qualche giorno dopo, mi scalano dalla carta 37,44€ che hanno voluto a garanzia del noleggio .Telefono e chiedo spiegazioni , visto che vettura e carburante risultavano in regola , la stessa persona con cui l'ho noleggiata , con poca cortesia e stavolta aggiunge arroganza , spiega che si tratta del costo del noleggio , gli ricordo di aver già pagato in contanti e faccio notare che il valore è diverso , lei continua ,nega di aver ricevuto contanti, afferma di non riceverne da 10 anni , quindi conferma l'addebito , successivamente mi viene addebitata altra somma di 11,66€ Non pagate mai in contanti o fatevi rilasciare oltre al contratto , ricevuta di pagamento !!! Meno male che siamo al profondo Nord , ho più volte noleggiato al Sud, pagando in contanti e mai mi era capitata una cosa del genere ....

Servizio pessimo!! Da evitare! Ho prenotato un auto online da ritirare il giorno dopo presso la stazione dei treni a Trieste. Quando mi sono presentato per il ritiro l'auto non era disponibile,! Incredibilmente l'addetto mi ha risposto che non era un problema suo, che se ero interessato potevo andare in aeroporto (a più di 30km di distanza) X trovare un auto oppure dovevo chiamare Roma X il rimborso. Mi sono organizzato X il ritiro in aeroporto, perdendo circa 2 ore, e pagandomi i costi dello spostamento....non solo, mi è stata consegnata un auto di gruppo inferiore a quanto prenotato e pagato online senza che il prezzo fosse rivisto. Ho chiesto almeno di poter riconsegnare l'auto a Trieste senza costi aggiuntivi ma anche su questo fronte niente! Alla fine mi hanno addebitato pure ulteriori 8€ e non si è capito perché. Come sempre "l'affabile" addetto di Trieste mi ha detto che se volevo protestare dovevo chiamare la casa madre a Roma e che era del tutto inutile chiedere spiegazioni/aiuto a lui.......... Riassumendo ne luogo di ritiro, ne mezzo fornito, ne costi rispettano quanto pattuito! Cortesia e disponibilità assenti! Mai più mi rivolgerò a questa azienda...
Bad service !! To avoid! I booked a car online to pick up the next day at the train station in Trieste. When I showed up for pickup the car was not available! Incredibly the attendant replied that it was not his problem, that if I was interested I could go to the airport (more than 30km away) to find a car or I had to call Rome for a refund. I arranged for the collection at the airport, losing about 2 hours, and paying the costs of the move .... not only that, I was given a lower group car than what was booked and paid online without the price being revised. I asked at least to be able to return the car to Trieste without additional costs but also on this front nothing! In the end they charged me an additional 8 € and it was not clear why. As always the "affable" employee from Trieste told me that if I wanted to protest I had to call the mother house in Rome and that it was completely useless to ask him for explanations / help .......... Summarizing neither the pick-up location, nor the means provided, nor the costs respect what was agreed! Courtesy and availability absent! I will never turn to this company again ...

Unprofessional, racist. To be avoided at all cost. I was sceptic about other reviews but my experience as well was bad! They don t speak english and they refused to rent a car to us because we are foreigners(Romania)

We rent a car in Trieste in order to travel to Croacia and Slovenia, as I said to the company. In Slovenia police stopped us because we haven't a viñeta (sticker for freeway), so we were fined 300€ (the fine is 150€ if you pay at the moment). When we gave the car back I said to the company that I was disappointed because they didn't tell us about the viñeta and they knew we were driving to Slovenia. The woman laughed of us, she had a impolite and rude behaviour and this company don't give you useful information, they only ask for your payment.

If I could I'd put zero stars, terrible place, don't waste your money and your time! No one answer my calls, they just put down the calls for "siesta time" and when they answer your call, they make you feel like you are asking for too much. Wrong info, wrong reservation, too much money just because they are famous. Hope you close this place very soon.

We had no problem with Maggiore. We only speak English and the people were very helpful. They let us store our luggage in a storage area until we caught our Go Opti. They came out to help us park when the train station was a mess of traffic due to a train strike. There were no hidden charges. They were convenient to the train station. We used Hertz before and they were fine also but we are booking with Maggiore again.
